• Instructional Technology Cooperative (ITC)

    boy-at-computer NEWESD 101 manages the regional Instructional Technology Cooperative, coordinating the consortium purchase of online library and media services for its 46 member districts and 2 private schools. In addition to basic membership services, districts have the option to purchase subscriptions to online resources, streaming media libraries and receive discounts on a variety of professional development programs.

To help you prepare, ProQuest has created several back-to-school guides to help you teach students about relevant topics such as research and critical thinking skills in a broad variety of topics and subject areas.     ProQuest provides both live webinars, as well as an archived, on-demand version of information sessions related to the K-12 products avalable to Instructional Technology Cooperative members: SIRS, eLibrary, CultureGrams and K-12 Learning Tools.     eLibrary Curriculum Edition (Including History and Literature)

    This one hour class covers content, features, and tips for using eLibrary as well as incorporating History Study Center and Learning Literature into classroom curriculum. Learn how students and teachers can access thousands of magazines, newspapers, books, and transcripts, plus thousands of maps, pictures, audio/video files, and weblinks. Your questions will be answered by an eLibrary training expert during this interactive session.
