Join ESD 105 and NEWESD 101 for the WRITE Online series — Writing Routines and Instruction Techniques for Empowering Educators!
These interactive sessions focus on the essential connection between reading and writing, exploring frameworks like the Simple View of Reading and Writing. Educators will gain practical strategies for teaching foundational skills such as handwriting, spelling and punctuation, while building students' abilities in paragraph construction, sentence organization and multi-paragraph compositions.
Participants will also learn evidence-based approaches to scaffolding instruction, improving literacy outcomes, and supporting diverse learners.
Various sessions will be offered February 10-March 27.
