Clock Hours

Earning Clock Hours
Professional development clock hours completed on or after September 1, 2017 are available on the GoSignMeUp registration system. Those hours are purchased online at $3 per clock hour with a minimum of $10 per person per class. Click here for instructions on how to purchase clock hours.

Professional development clock hours completed prior to September 1, 2017 will be processed via the hard copy clock hours registration form and remain at the $2 rate. Registration forms and payment must be sent to the registrar for processing. These courses will not appear in your online account.

One hundred (100) clock hours is equivalent to fifteen (15) quarter credits or ten (10) semester credits. 

Transcripts
Professional development clock hours completed on or after September 1, 2017 are available on the GoSignMeUp registration system.  Click here for instructions on how to print a transcript (refer to pages 3-4). When following the instructions use the beginning date of 08/01/2017.

Professional development completed prior to September 1, 2017 are not available online. Contact the registrar to request your transcript.
