The Harrington School District Board of Directors invites applications for a new Superintendent/Principal to begin July 1, 2025. Located in Lincoln County, HSD is a single-campus preschool through 12th-grade district with small class sizes, passionate staff, and strong community support. The district serves approximately 120 students and is committed to providing outstanding academic and extracurricular opportunities.
The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative leadership style, a commitment to student success, and a strong understanding of the needs and strengths of small, rural school systems. Applicants should have administrative experience, a Master’s degree with principal certification, and the integrity and communication skills to build strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the community.
Salary range: $140,000–$150,000. Benefits will include medical (with vision), dental, life and long-term disability, and participation in Washington state retirement system.
