  • Washtucna students turn idea into law

    Gov. Inslee They're too young to hold office and too young to vote. But that didn't stop 29 students in the Washtucna School District from pushing a bill through the 2014 Washington Legislature. On March 18, Gov. Jay Inslee (photo) signed the students' bill making Palouse Falls the official waterfall of Washington. Story
