Washington State PTA parent-friendly Grade Level Expectations

Early Childhood Services
ESD 101's Center for Early Childhood Services provides both direct service and consultation to districts in the areas of pre-school and early childhood education. Major activities include the operation of child care centers in the Mead School District and an Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) for low-income children in Lincoln, Ferry and Stevens counties.
