The ESD 101 Information Technology department focuses on providing the most cost effective
support possible and strive to keep services levels high at an
unbeatable price. We
are focused on providing you with the quality services on which
you depend in a reliable and professional manner.
Technology Services and the rest of the Information Technology
staff supports every program in our agency, throughout the
region and across the state, so we have a broad range of
experiences to share with you and and your department.

The PC Network
Support Fee covers a number of software packages and
support. Click the "Support Fee" link to learn more.
If you need assistance, please enter a
support request in our
helpdesk. This is for computer desktop, email,
website, phone and other Information Technology support.
The helpdesk is password protected and only available to ESD 101
Staff.

For the staff that use the Windows 2000 or
Windows XP platform; we have a couple of extra benefits for you:
-
A new feature available upon
request called "Previous Versions" or "Shadow Copies".
This new technology allows you to have access to previous
versions of your files without intervention from the Information
Technology staff or having to wait for a recovery from backup.
If you delete a file by mistake or if after making substantial
changes, you can right-click the document to view and open prior
versions of the file easily. By having access to each
revision along the way, it also allows for "thought
progression".
-
A site
dedicated to online training for the Microsoft Office Suite.
Please visit our online
professional development training site. This site
is available from any internet connected PC. This site
does require your ESD 101 PC Network username and password.
If you would like to learn more
about how we do technology internally, just drop us a note with
your questions and we will do all we can to provide you with a
method to solve your unique problems.
