Two-tiered collaboration of regional community leaders working to improve the lives of young children. This new public-private partnership is building a sustainable system for early learning that prepares all children for success in school and life. The Alliance recently completed a Kids Matter Business Plan for the region.
  
Spokane County P-3 Project
 
Collaborative Learning for Educational Achievement and Resiliency (CLEAR)
A trauma center grant awarded to WSU's Area Health Education Center (AHEC) from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA) to selected buildings/districts who will receive initial Complex Trauma training and the ARC model as a framework for understanding trauma informed practices in schools.
