Sharon Condrey earns regional Classified honors

Congratulations to Sharon Condrey (photo), office manager at Lewis and Clark High School in Spokane. Condrey has been named the 2013 Classified Employee of the Year in the seven-county NEWESD 101 region.

College Spark awards grant to NEWESD 101

Greater numbers of students from the Curlew, Northport and Republic school districts will successfully transition to college, thanks to a $150,000 grant awarded to NEWESD 101 by College Spark Washington. The FastTrack to College grant, implemented over two years, will provide specialized college prep instruction for 261 high school students. More
